FOUNDATIONAL PERCEPTIONS – SHIPPING POLICY

At Foundational Perceptions, every order is processed with intention and care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within:

  • 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality check
  • Packaging

During high-demand periods or limited drops, processing may take longer.

2. SHIPPING TIME (ESTIMATES)

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

⚠️ Shipping times are estimates only, not guarantees.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Location
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A tracking number

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delivered to the wrong address
  • Returned due to incorrect or incomplete information

If your order is returned, you may be required to pay for reshipping.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Foundational Perceptions is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Carrier-related delivery issues

Once the package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • High order volume
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your country

9. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.
